Regimes - Importing: Fixed several issues with custom units; (1) custom unit presets were being incorrectly duplicated during the import process; (2) variable updating did not recognize custom unit presets correctly and multiple variables with the same name could be created; (3) during imports the search for existing custom units was incorrectly using case-insensitive checks (if a unit label is found with different letter case, then it will be handled as a different custom unit).	25-01003339
