Comparing Scenario Heatmaps

In Scenario Comparison > Heatmaps, you can visualize the selections and participation contributions of different scenarios.

To compare scenario heat maps:

  1. From the side menu, select Scenario Comparison.
  2. At the top of the screen, select Metric Contributions.
  3. Click the plus sign (+) at the top to display the Select Scenarios for Comparison dialog box.
  4. Move scenarios on the left to the list on the right and click OK.
  5. In the top right, select one of the two Metric Contributions modes below:

    Selections

    In the Selections mode, you can see the heatmap for each scenario (red color = hotter = higher number of selections).
    Differences

    In the Differences mode, you can see the difference of selections for each opportunity for each scenario minus a base scenario.

    Difference= Scenario_i – Base Scenario

    You can select the Base scenario by clicking the circle to the left of each scenario name.

    In the Differences mode, the selected scenario is highlighted with a blue border. Green represents positive and red represents negative
