017 Reservoir Approval Matrix Report

Report Overview

Use this report to map the approval progress of all of the change records created for the objects you select from your hierarchy. This report will generate multiple tables; each one will correspond with a reserve category from the Reserve Category Group selected for the report. Each level of your approval process will have its own column in the Current Approval State segment of the table.

These columns will vary based on how you have configured your approval definitions (approval process).

If a user has approved a change, their name will be listed in the change’s row, in the column corresponding with their approval level. Tables included in this report all include the following information:

  • Reservoir Name
  • Reserve Category
  • Change Category
  • Change ID
