Economics V20 Web
This section of the User Manual describes the Economics V20 Web application. The topic pages have a background color and watermark image so that these pages are not confused with the topics for the Economics Desktop application.
The Economics Web application has two workspaces: Manage Inputs and Calculate & Analyze.
For the Economics Desktop application, see the other section at Economics - Desktop application.
Note: Access to the Economics V20 Web application is not automatic for all users. You need to have a user account that is granted the role 'Economics/Access' (see Roles).
Important: This version of the web application does not implement all of the 'desktop' functionality in the two workspaces. In particular there is limited functionality to manage entity permissions, i.e. permissions configured for hierarchies, folders, projects, result sets, etc. However all entity permissions are effective when there are no UIs to check or set the permissions. To do this, you need to use the UIs in the Economics Desktop application.
Permission management UIs are currently available for projects and folders: see Project permissions, Folder permissions.
How to access the Economics V20 Web application
In the Planning Space Web application, click the Apps Grid menu button
