Scenarios

Note: Access to this screen requires a user account that is granted the role 'Dataflow/Manage Scenario List'.

This management screen is used to define a list of scenario names, which will then be available to apply to new documents as default scenarios (configured in the Document Type Template editor - see Default Scenarios for a template).

To open the screen, click the Scenarios button in the Home tab on the ribbon.

You can Add or Remove scenarios in the list, using the buttons in the Scenarios tab on the ribbon.

If a scenario is removed from this list, this will not affect existing documents which contain a scenario with that name.

The default scenarios will be set only when a document is created from a template. There is no retrospective modification of documents if a template is modified.
