Pendo tracking
Note: Pendo Tracking is new functionality in Version 20.4.
Pendo is an automated third-party software component which allows for improvement of the user experience by means of within-application feature notifications and user guides.
Also, anonymized data about user interactions are collected in the background which provides rich feedback to Quorum Software's developer teams.
Tenant data content is not monitored by this software. No personally identifiable information is collected in this data. These data are used only for the purpose of making future improvements to the software.
Tenant configuration for Pendo
Pendo tracking is configured for each tenant in a Planning Space deployment.
Tracking can be enabled or disabled using the 'PlanningSpace' application tenant setting 'Enable Pendo Tracking'; IPS Administrator status is required to access the setting. See Applications settings. The default is enabled. IPS restart is required when the setting is changed.
The 'ContentSecurityPolicy' IPS Service setting must be set appropriately when Pendo tracking is enabled. The default setting in 'ContentSecurityPolicy' contains the appropriate settings (see Service configuration). All of the 'pendo' statements must be retained if this setting is modified; however the 'pendo' statements can be removed if Pendo tracking is disabled.
Privacy Policy
Quorum Software's use of the tracking data is governed by the company's Privacy Policy. The current version of the policy is published at the URL https://documentation.aucerna.app/planningspace/20.4/user-manual/index.htm#cshid=PRIVACY_POLICY.
