Document

The following table describes buttons on the Document tab on the ribbon.

Button Function
Save button Saves the current document (see Save a document).
Compare button Opens the Document Comparison window where you can compare revisions and see the differences between them (see Compare revisions, versions and scenarios).
Revisions drop-down Opens the list of available revisions (see Revisions, history and comparisons).
History button Opens the History window where you can view the history of changes made to the document, including what changed, who made the change and when (see View the document history).
Restore Revision button Saves the selected revision as the latest revision. For more information, see Restore a revision.
list of available scenarios Opens the list of available scenarios (see Document scenarios).
Manage button Opens the Manage Scenarios window (see Manage scenarios).
Comments button Opens the window where you can enter and edit comments to the selected field in the document. This button is only active for certain types of fields.
Expressions button Opens the Expression Editor where you can specify a formula which will be calculated (see Expression Editor).
Clear Warnings button Removes warning messages when all errors have been corrected after the copy/paste operation failed. For more information, see Copy and paste.
Dates button Opens a dialog where you can change the start and end dates of the document (see Change the date settings).
Currency Settings Utility button Opens a dialog where you can select a currency deck (see Assign a currency deck).
Economics button Opens a dialog where you can specify settings for economic calculations in Planning Space Economics (see Economics integration).
Calculate button Sends the opened document for calculation in Planning Space Economics (see Economics integration).
