Workflows

The following table describes the buttons in the Workflows tab on the ribbon.

Button Function
Save button Saves the workflow.
New button Creates a new workflow. For detailed instructions, see Create a new workflow. If you click the arrow underneath this button, you will find options to create a Folder, or to Import an existing workflow.
Edit button Opens the selected workflow for editing.
Export Workflow button Exports the selected workflow (see Import and export workflows).
Rename button Renames the selected workflow.
Delete button Deletes the selected workflow.
Paste button Inserts the copied item from the clipboard into the workflow.
Cut button Cuts the selected item and stores it in the clipboard.
Copy button Makes a copy of the selected item and stores it in the clipboard.
