Ribbon

The ribbon buttons for the Load Data workspace are described in the table below. Some of these functions are also available from the context menu.

Button Function
The Save button Saves changes to the current document. Alternatively, press CTRL+S.
The Edit Configuration button Opens the Configuration window (see Configuration settings). Alternatively, press F8.
The Add button Adds a data source or a new group (see Data source groups). Select the data source type from the list and it will be added to the screen.
The Rename button Renames the selected data source or group. Data source names can be of any length and can contain any characters and spaces.
Duplicates the selected data source.
The Delete button Deletes the selected data source or group.
The Connect All button Connects all data sources to their databases. Note that to use this function, you must first specify login credentials. When loading from PalantirCASH ax™, clicking on this button will prepare the selected CASH ax™ files for use.
The Load button Loads data into the opened file.
The Validate button Checks whether data sources have errors. If errors or warnings are found, a message is displayed and the data source icon changes accordingly.
The Options button Opens a dialog where you can choose which settings will be reset when data are reloaded.
The View Log button Shows results of the data loading operation. You can use this log to correct loading errors.
The Help button Opens the user manual. Alternatively, press F1.
The About button Displays information about the currently used version of the application.
The Exit button Closes the application. Alternatively, press ALT+F4.
