How do I add wells to well groups?

There are several ways to add wells to Well Groups. For sharing (or prototype) groups there is a special Group pane in the corresponding definition tab (Well Drilling Info Tab, Well Completion Info Tab, Well Performance Tab, Maintenance Program Tab or Well Geometry Tab). All group types also offer a Well Group Window to add or remove wells; you can also drag-and-drop wells from the Tree View to the group node.
