Can I define negative CapEx and OpEx?

Negative CapEx and OpEx are allowed in an Other Spending job. Also, negative OpEx is allowed for expansions defined using the "incremental" setting where also a negative incremental capacity can be designed. All other inputs of CapEx and OpEx must be positive.
